Marbella is located off Highway 27 South of the Interstate 4, off of the Interstate 4 & Highway 27 is Posner Commons an outside shopping Mall for your shopping convenience.

Our Marbella home is in a gated community. And for your enjoyment Disney is 15 to 20 minutes away.

Orlando International airport is about 35 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 65 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 80 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 65 miles while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.

We booked this villa for a group of five and only have great things to say about it. It was immaculate, well stocked and perfectly located for everything whilst being far away to be quiet and have a taste of 'real' America. We loved it!

My husband and I are more than happy with the home and the management team. We have enjoyed the home and pool. Any concerns or questions were always taken care of immediately. Looking forward to next year with the same house and management team. Thank you Kip and Dennis for making this trip enjoyable.
